I support children, adolescents, and adults in regaining cognitive functioning and improving overall quality of life. I help with difficulties in concentration, memory, and attention by offering individually tailored support.

About me

Blisko Siebie Aleksandra Paniak is a place of support for children, adolescents, and families. I offer help as a child and adolescent psychologist and neuropsychologist, providing consultations, psychological counseling, diagnostics, crisis intervention, and training.

Aleksandra Paniak

I graduated in Psychology at SWPS University in Warsaw and completed the School of Neuropsychology at SWPS University in Katowice. This training enables me to carry out neuropsychological assessment and therapy with children, adolescents, adults and seniors. I am currently expanding my competencies through training at the School of Psychotherapy for Children, Adolescents, and Families.

I continuously develop my skills by participating in numerous specialist courses and training programs. I gained professional experience in mental health clinics, hospitals, and kindergartens, which allowed me to work with people of different ages and diverse needs.

In my work, I integrate approaches and tools derived from various psychotherapeutic schools, adapting them to the individual needs of my patients. However, a particularly important place in my practice is occupied by the psychodynamic approach, which is the closest to me and forms my main perspective for understanding psychological difficulties and therapeutic work.

Ms Aleksandra Paniak is a wonderful, warm person and an excellent psychologist. She adapts the topics and the way she runs the sessions to the child’s current needs. Our child regularly attends individual meetings and social skills training with Ms Ola and loves taking part in them. We have noticed that thanks to these sessions our once anxious child has become more self-confident and aware of their own needs and emotions. We must also add that Ms Ola’s commitment and kind approach towards both the child and the parents makes working with her a real pleasure.

I highly recommend the social skills training run by Ms Ola! Our little daughter has started to understand her emotions much better and knows how to respond to them. She particularly enjoyed the card game in which the children make up their own stories. A brilliant idea! You can see that Ms Ola approaches children with heart and passion. Thank you!

Where do sessions take place?

In person at my practice at Nowy Świat 33/13 in Warsaw and in the surrounding area. I also offer online consultations.

What languages are consultations held in?

Sessions are held in Polish and in English. The website is available in thirteen languages, but the conversation itself takes place in one of those two.

Who can come to see me?

I work with children, adolescents, adults and older adults. The kind of support is matched to age and to the difficulty you bring: from psychological support and social skills groups to neuropsychological assessment and psychological testing.

No. A private practice does not require a referral from a physician or a clinic. Contacting me directly is enough.

Is what I say kept confidential?

Yes. As a psychologist I am bound by professional confidentiality. Information obtained in the course of my work stays confidential. The exceptions are defined by law and I explain them at the first meeting.
