Frequently asked questions

Short answers to the questions I hear most often before a first appointment.

How do I book an appointment?

Fill in the contact form or give me a call. I reply as soon as I can, and we agree a time that suits you. I am available every day from 9:00 to 21:00 (Central European Time).

Where do sessions take place?

In person at my practice at Nowy Świat 33/13 in Warsaw and in the surrounding area. I also offer online consultations.

What languages are consultations held in?

Sessions are held in Polish and in English. The website is available in thirteen languages, but the conversation itself takes place in one of those two.

Who can come to see me?

I work with children, adolescents, adults and older adults. The kind of support is matched to age and to the difficulty you bring: from psychological support and social skills groups to neuropsychological assessment and psychological testing.

Do I need a referral?

No. A private practice does not require a referral from a doctor or a clinic. Contacting me directly is enough.

Is what I say kept confidential?

Yes. As a psychologist I am bound by professional confidentiality. Information obtained in the course of my work stays confidential. The exceptions are defined by law and I explain them at the first meeting.
